Community Capacity Builders (CCB) was founded for the purpose of providing consulting services to non-profit and for-profit organizations in the areas of organizational structuring, community development, economic & community empowerment.

We have over 20 years experience consulting organizations, especially non-profit organizations, in the areas of multi-level marketing, structuring/re-structuring policies & procedures, staff training procedures, along with strategic planning and program development.  This experience has allowed us to assist organizations such as The JEBA Companies (Miami, FL), Revelation S.E.E.D. (Miami, FL), X/O Management (Miami, FL) Concerned African Women, Inc. Organizational Structuring:
 To obtain a thorough grasp of the condition of an organization, an interview is conducted of the organization’s personnel along with a review of the organization’s policies and procedures.  This gives the opportunity to find out what the current written structure is for the organization is and what is actually happening on a day to day basis.  Data obtained from the people who actually provide services hands on is invaluable.  This process is in essence looking at the present scene vs. the desired scene, to determine what needs to be corrected.  Items used to achieve the desired scene are Organizational Boards, Administration Scales, Hat Write Ups, Mini Hat Write Ups, Check-sheets, etc.
